"Nicole G (our agent) at State Farm in Statesboro needs to read my Yelp review. Her email bounced. And no arguments will be accepted only an apology followed by money compensation the amt determined by us (my husband and I) for the damage done to us after a fire when a good neighbor should be there, but was NOT. Shoddy service recommended by Lee Ann Daly and underperformed by Derrick Snyder mgr Belfor Savannah. Any time my husband spoke to her she said he needed to keep on them. We know SF is in bed with Belfor. We need compensation for insult to injury: 1. They did not clean the ductwork. 2. They put new foam insulation over old to avoid paying for the obvious damage they would do to our HVAC system in the process if they had done it properly. 3. The roof also had fire damage which they argued with us about, too, and sent the world’s worst roofer to do a cheap patch job. My husband hired a professional roofer to repair it and sent Belfor’s Derrick Snyder mgr of Belfor Savannah pics so he could see what a professional job looks like. Buck stops here. State Farm famous for the line: like a good neighbor…needs to step up to the plate:stop recommending Belfor which all our friends say we should have fired early on. Wish we had, but we trusted you Nicole (State Farm is there). We need compensation for these 3 strikes, not to mention the constant stress these less than professional people caused. I’ve taught business ethics among other subjects internationally. Nicole our agent should be aware that a true apology is followed by actions. Talk is cheap. Stop recommending Belfor and put your money where your mouth is. Professor Kim T."

"After 3ish years with them and we added another vehicle to our policy. All of a sudden, our bill DOUBLED for the one additional vehicle. I get prices for insurance are crazy but cannot understand $3,000.00/year for a 2017 Tacoma. When I called to get a better understanding of the cost and hopefully something was just marked wrong, I was met with "I don't know, my manager will call you back". After several hours of waiting I called again to have Erick tell me there was no note for anyone to call me back, although I'm pretty sure Erick was who I spoke too originally. Erick asked what exactly my questions were, so I asked them. It got really interesting when he claimed the price difference could be because of our consumer report, could be because someone has a loan in our name we aren't aware of, might be because the Tacoma is in their new system and the other vehicles are in the old system and could possibly level out whenever the other vehicles move to the new system (whenever that might be). I continued to try to get some sort of answer on what factors made the truck insurance that price and he couldn't give me any real answer, just continued to talk non-sense. I asked him if State Farm gave him these excuses to give to clients about the ridiculous prices and he informed me he came up with them all by himself. It gets even better when I start getting prices for a different insurance company, which by the way I was able to find and for all of our vehicles with the exact same coverage we got it for less than half what they were charging. I got quotes for home and auto since we want to keep it all together. After the storm 9/2024 we reached out about a claim, they paid nothing out, told us it wasn't covered and there would be no reflection on our policy. Apparently, any time we made contact with them regarding the homeowner's policy they filed it as a claim. Not once did they pay out on our homeowners' policy. NOT A SINGLE TIME but still showed multiple claims filed. Per the several other companies I made contact with for quotes that is just a State Farm thing, but it makes it hard for homeowners to get another policy since they make it look like you have filed claims for simply asking questions."

"We are terribly sorry that this was your experience. I do see quite a bit of notations, but unfortunately we as an agency have zero control over the premium. We enter everything in properly and sometimes we are similarly disappointed with the final quote. I can’t apologize for the price but I have spoken with my team about your frustration. SF does pay covered claims so if you would like to re open a prior home claim we would be happy to do so. Wish you well and happy that you found a great price. $ is so tight these days!"

"Everyone is always quick to complain about something, but they rarely acknowledge a job well done and the people who did it, which is why I wrote this review. I switched to Nicole a couple of years back when I was getting the runaround by the last place I was with and I’m glad that I did. Whenever I’ve had a question about my monthly bill, my coverage, or anything else they’ve always taken the time to explain the answer to me or do the research and provide me with the correct answer instead of just making something up to satisfy me and get me out of the door. The people who work there are so nice. Whenever I stop by to make my payment I find myself talking with Nicole or her employees like we’re friends. They’ve always treated me with RESPECT and that goes a long way with me. GREAT office…GREAT people!"
